Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Pilot Projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. Your responsibility will be to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Management: Coordinate all phases of client projects, from planning and initiation to execution and final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing any concerns, and ensuring overall project satisfaction.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources are effectively allocated and project goals are met.Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges or risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, depending on client needs, but may also require occasional in-person attendance for meetings or events.

Key responsibilities:

Calendar and Schedule Management: Organize and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives, ensuring optimal time management.

Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

Communication Support: Handle confidential communications and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Event Coordination: Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring smooth operations.

Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents for executives.

Our client, is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Officer with expertise as an Electrical Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance of a dynamic work environment while ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s electrical and facility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical System Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, including circuit breakers, fuses, motors, and control panels.

Power Distribution & Backup Systems: Manage and maintain power distribution networks, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to critical ICT infrastructure and backup systems (UPS, generators).

Facility and Grounds Maintenance: Oversee general grounds maintenance, including outdoor lighting, irrigation systems, and upkeep of the premises.

System Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify electrical faults and ensure all systems meet safety standards.

Server Room Support: Ensure electrical infrastructure for server rooms and data centers is well-maintained, including cooling systems and power distribution.

Training & Mentorship: Train and guide junior technicians, enhancing team efficiency and skill development.

Collaboration with IT and Facility Teams: Work closely with the IT team to ensure electrical systems support the ICT firm’s operations.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Certificate in Electrical Installation or Electronics.

Atleast 2years of experience in electrical repair, installation, and maintenance in both residential and commercial settings.

Proven expertise in managing power systems, backup solutions, and electrical troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power supply management, and backup systems (generators, UPS)

Familiarity with electrical safety standards and National Electrical Code regulations.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently.

Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance and infrastructure support.

Soft Skills:Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record of building client relationships.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
