We are offering a Sponsored Training and Job Placement Program for passionate individuals in caregiving, warehouse operations, security, and hospitality. Successful candidates will receive high-quality training and guaranteed job placement with us.

Program Overview

Training Duration: 3 weeks (on-site in the Netherlands).

Training Costs

Sponsored Candidates: €200

Unsponsored Candidates: €1,500 (does not include sponsorship benefits).

Sponsorship Includes:

Visa application assistance.

Travel insurance.

Medical exams.

Accommodation during training.

Job Placement:

Guaranteed placement in the Netherlands with competitive salaries:

Caregivers & Hotel Room Attendants: Starting at €13/hour.

Warehouse Workers & Security Personnel: Starting at €12/hour

Eligibility Criteria

This program is open to individuals from low-income countries, including:

Africa: Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Malawi, Kenya,Ghana.

Asia: Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia.

Latin America: Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala.If your country is not listed but is considered low-income, you are encouraged to apply.

Available Positions

Caregivers

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, meal preparation).

Administer medication reminders and provide emotional support.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Eligibility

High school diploma or equivalent.

CNA certification or prior caregiving experience is an advantage.

Warehouse Workers

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and organize goods in the warehouse.

Operate warehouse machinery and ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

Eligibility

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.

Security Personnel

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises and enforce safety protocols.

Conduct routine patrols and respond to emergencies.

Report and manage security incidents.

Eligibility

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in security or safety services is preferred.

Hotel Room Attendants

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas.

Replenish room amenities and address maintenance needs.

Ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail.

Eligibility

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage.
